RESIN BONDED FILTER CARTRIDGE

Resin-Bonded Cartridge Filter is produced from cellulose fibers, which have been intrinsically bonded together by a melamine resin, to create a solid highly durable & porous structure. By treating the fibers in this fashion we can ensure a stronger cartridge that is less likely to collapse than a wound or pleated cartridge.

Our filter elements are a more productive and cost effective alternative to 3M Cuno Micro Klean and Betapure series filter elements, Phenolic Cartridges (Brown Cartridges).Our filter elements (Cartridges) are highly effective in filtration of water, pharmaceutical applications, different types of oil, chemicals, solvents, honey, diesel, piped air, recovery of suspended metals and solids etc.

These cartridges give excellent flow with low pressure drop and ensure no particle unloading.
Has a high dirt holding capacity (68% more Surface Area in case of grooved cartridges)
Plain Cartridges can be washed and reused without worrying about loss in filtration quality thereby increasing life of filter cartridge.
Capable of giving flow rate as high as 1200 litres/hour for water and around 300 litres/hour for oil from a single 10 ” filter element.
Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 100 °C

These filters made specifically for Water and Pharmaceutical Applications are Certified Bio – Compatible as per USP 39 Guideline, Chapter 88 via Oral Injectability Test and are completely safe to be used in contact with food or applications involving potable drinking water, beverages, pharmaceutical applications, distilleries, IMFL filtration, cosmetics, syrups etc. (Certificate can be provided)
These filters are certified ‘foodgrade’ as per FDA 21 CFR. ( Certificate can be provided )
These filters comply with Overall Global Migration Test as per IS 9845 thereby ensuring no migration of filter particles into filtrate. ( Certificate can be provided )
These Cartridges can be washed ( Scraping the outermost layer) and reused without worrying about loss in filtration quality thereby increasing life of filter cartridge.
